A calculus (6 mm) is noted in penile urethra near external meatus.
A calculus (4-6 mm) is noted in penile urethra near base.
Findings suggest renal and urethral calculi.
Urethral calculi may be the cause of excessive crying during micturation, poor urinary stream, and urinary retention.
