Bilateral flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

Ultrasound showed bilateral mild pelvicalyceal and proximal ureteric dilatation due to bilateral proximal ureteric calculi (right 7 mm, left 8 mm). Twinkle and color comet-tail artifacts are present.
