Left hemiscrotal pain for three days. Vomiting. No trauma. No fever.

LEFT testis: Edematous, heterogeneous echopattern, no flow on color Doppler imaging.
Twist of LEFT intrapermatic cord is noted.
RIGHT testis: normal.
Case Discussion
Findings of testicular torsion and infarction, third day from onset of complaints.
Surgery a few hours later demonstrated a non-viable testis: orchiectomy performed.
