Presentation

Abdominal pain. Constitutional symptoms.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
CT

Thin-walled gallbladder with multiple small stones, all less than 3mm within.

Normal caliber CBD. No CBD stone.

Fatty liver.   

Multiple small simple renal cortical cysts.

Hysterectomy and BSO.

Case Discussion

Pretty pictures of a 'money-bag' of tiny gallstones.   The exact kind of stones that can just pop off down the common bile duct at any time.
