Presentation

Post op follow up.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

The right acromioclavicular joint is widened, with ~20 mm superior displacement of the distal aspect of the right clavicle relative to the acromion, consistent with a type IV acromioclavicular joint injury. Associated widening of the coracoclavicular distance. No associated fracture identified.

The acromioclavicular joint is normally aligned and the coracoclavicular distance has been reduced. Upper surface clavicular and under surface coracoid surgical endobuttons with corresponding bone tunnels in keeping with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction.
