Arcade of Frohse
The arcade of Frohse (pronounced "\ Frəʊs \" to rhyme with "crows") is also known as the supinator arch.
The arcade is formed by a fibrous band between the two heads of the supinator muscle. The deep branch of the radial nerve passes beneath the arcade accompanied by vessels known as the leash of Henry.

Radiographic appearance
Caution should be exercised when evaluating the deep branch of the radial nerve since it may change shape after passing under the arcade and still be normal 2.
Related pathology
The deep branch of the radial nerve become entrapped in the arcade of Frohse, leading to posterior interosseous nerve syndrome.
History and etymology
It is named after the German anatomist F Frohse 3.
